Coming back after a long Break

What ever your situation might be such as vacation, family or not being able to play for medical reasons coming back to play tennis after not playing for along time can be very hard and frustrating. Its likely your be rusty and wont play as well but dont worry that will all change with these tips.

Keep focused and recall on all the traing that youve done before and monts ago, do this before, during and after training to keep your mind on tennis so you get back in the swing of things ASAP.

REMAIN calm! Always start slow and only when you feel more comfortable increase your speed until you reach the level of tennis that you were at before. WARNING this can be long and frustrating depending on how long youve been out. But dont worry because the second your back to normal youll never feel beter.

Just remember Juan Martin Del Potro who suffered from many diffrent injuries who will be returning from recovery right back to the Pro tour and willl be playing in the 2016 Australian Open! He did exactly as I wrote and will be back at it like the star that he is.
